Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Bonitra, Bonitra Store and Bonitra Vendors apps and websites. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

Bonitra provides software that connects salons and beauty suppliers ("Businesses") with their clients, customers and staff. Businesses provide the services and products themselves. Bonitra does not perform salon services, does not sell products and is not a party to the agreement between you and a Business, except where these terms say otherwise.

Your account

  • Your account is usually created by a Business you deal with. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Each account is for one person.
  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the apps.

Bookings

  • Prices, durations, availability, cancellation windows and reschedule limits are set by each salon and shown in the app before you confirm.
  • A booking is an agreement between you and the salon. The salon may confirm, change or cancel a booking, and you will be notified in the app.
  • Loyalty points, promo codes and offers are run by the salon. They have no cash value and may change or expire under the salon's rules.

Orders and delivery

  • Bonitra Store orders are requests to buy from the store shown in the app. The store confirms availability, price and delivery.
  • Payment is made in cash on delivery unless the store tells you otherwise. Totals shown include the subtotal, tax, shipping and discounts.
  • Returns and refunds are handled by the store under its returns policy and applicable consumer law.

Staff use

If your employer gives you a staff account, you use the app on behalf of your employer. Your attendance, leave, salary and advance records are kept and managed by your employer. Please record your time accurately. Questions about pay or employment should go to your employer.

Vendors and businesses

Businesses that use Bonitra agree to a separate subscription agreement with Bonitra. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and stock, for fulfilling bookings and orders, and for handling their customers' and staff's personal information lawfully.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law or anyone else's rights;
  • make fake bookings or orders, or abuse promotions or loyalty programmes;
  • access accounts or data that aren't yours, or try to bypass security;
  • interfere with the service, for example by scraping, overloading or reverse engineering it;
  • upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content.

Content and intellectual property

The apps, the Bonitra name and logo, and our software belong to Bonitra and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps under these terms. Content you add, such as a profile photo or a Business's product images, stays yours. You give us permission to host and display it so we can provide the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bonitra available and secure, but we may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Bonitra is not liable for the services or products Businesses provide, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the apps at any time and ask us to delete your account. We or a Business may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.

App store terms

If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the apps or their support. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
